Why is a card required for the free plan?

To prevent abuse and multi-account farming. You won't be charged unless you explicitly upgrade to Pro.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the billing portal and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No questions asked.

What counts as a "minute" of processing?

The duration of the source video you upload. A 15-minute podcast uses 15 minutes of your quota, regardless of how many clips are generated.

Do unused minutes roll over?

No. Minutes and clip quotas reset at the start of each billing period.

What happens if I hit my limit?

You'll still have access to all your existing clips and projects. You just won't be able to process new videos until your quota resets or you upgrade to Pro.

Can I upgrade mid-cycle?

Yes. When you upgrade, your new Pro limits take effect immediately. You'll be billed a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period.
